More User Insights: Churn & Reengagement Reports

A couple of weeks ago, we announced the addition of metrics to our dashboard to make it easier to see what’s going on with your users at a glance.

However, those metrics (while helpful) aren’t exactly actionable. It’s really useful to see how many active users you have, but what if you’re unhappy with that number? What you really need to do is find a list of your inactive users and try to reengage them… and now you can, with our new Churned and Reengaged reports!

While there are a ton of ways you can use this data, our recommendation is pretty simple:

  1. Go to your churned users report by clicking User Insights in the sidebar
  2. Find a user that you would like to reengage
  3. Copy their email and send them a message
  4. Check your reengaged report a few days later to see if they’ve come back

You can also see all of this data at the organization level as well, where a churned organization means every member of the organization hasn’t been active over a period of time.

And, because we know you’re going to ask: we’re currently working on ways to make using this data to reengage your users even simpler. However, we wanted to make sure to get data in front of all of you ASAP. After all, when you’re building a product - every day counts!
